PHOSPHOR CAROUSEL — GAME FORM: Finite puzzle sequence. A CRT-oscilloscope step-sequencer puzzle. Concentric glowing rings are rhythm tracks; a sweeping playhead plays the lit cells in a loop. Match the target groove by toggling magnetically-coupled cells (Lights-Out), then the playhead does a confirming "vouch" lap and the groove is archived. Seeds: vouch / archive / magnet.
